Viktor Planckh was an Austrian painter, graphic artist and sculptor of the New Objectivity. Due to his birth and artistic relationships, he is also viewed as a German-Bohemian or Silesian artist. After training at the Vienna School of Applied Arts, he was a member of the Hagenbund Artists' Association from 1927 to 1938.
